Using this website
This website provides email, telephone and WhatsApp links so you can contact the practice directly. There is no online enquiry form. Following a contact link opens the relevant email, telephone or messaging service; it does not send a message on your behalf.
The website’s hosting service, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as connection and request information. This is separate from a clinical record.
Optional website analytics
If Analytics is available in Cookie settings, you can choose whether to allow it. It starts only with your consent. If no Analytics option is shown, analytics is switched off. With your consent, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are used and whether someone chooses the practice’s email, telephone or WhatsApp links.
A contact-link click records an intention to contact us; it does not confirm that a message was sent, a call connected or an appointment was made. We do not include the link destination, message content or telephone number in these click events.
Page addresses sent to analytics omit query strings and fragments. Information about the page you arrived from is limited to its website origin. Advertising features remain off. Email and WhatsApp messages are sent through those services, rather than submitted through this website. If you choose WhatsApp, its own privacy arrangements also apply. You can use email or telephone instead.
Please avoid sending detailed medical histories, reports or recordings in your first enquiry. If further information is needed, we can discuss how it should be shared.
Information about clinical assessment, therapy and clinical records is handled separately from this website notice. If you begin a service with us, ask the team for the information relevant to those arrangements.
